Several homes in our immediate area have experienced collapse of the attached 2 car garage floor. In our garage, the floor seems okay, but there are cracks along the rebar locations, and it sounds hollow around the perimeter. Also, there are significant cracks in the garage east and west foundation walls (the garage opens to the north). In addition, we have extensive separation of the brick on the west and south walls. What options do you recommend to prevent further damage and stabilize the structure?
