We have a crack in the foundation of our basement. There is no moisture coming in as we can tell. We discovered this crack as a result of some water damage from an outside tap that froze over the winter. Since removing part of the wall two feet up in the basement living area, we saw this crack and figured we should have it repaired at the same time. Hi, I am reaching out in hopes of getting a quick quotation regarding a scope of work for my home in Barrie. Recently the basement flooded and it could be contributed to multiple reasons, i.e. hydrostatic pressure, cracked foundation, etc... I am hoping to get a quick permanent cheap fix for it. Please provide itemized quotation to include all labor and material including supply and installation, waste removal, warranty, etc.... 1. To supply and install approximately 30 ft of interior weeping tile along the perimeter of the foundation wall and discharge into a sump pump basin. The system includes 4" upvc pipe, inspection ports in each corner (so the system can be serviced and maintained) a check valve sump pump and basin. 2. Delta wrap will be run up the foundation wall and encapsulate the basement to protect from water entering in through tie hole, cracks, windows and over the top of the foundation. 3. The sump pump is a 1/3 hp pump, the basin has holes to allow water into the bin and has a bolt down lid. Again, please note provide the cheapest, most permanent and fastest option out of the 3 mentioned above if possible. Provide a cost for each of the items above and/or a lump sum to save money. Hello, I have a basement floor issue. After the first heavy rainfall since we owned our home, our small 3x4 pantry flooded. We pulled back the carpet and it had a large area of cracked/crumbing concrete floor that water was seeping through. Luckily this area seems to have been an addition and its floor foundation is a little below the rest of the basement floor so the water damage is mainly contained to that area. However there was about 1cm of standing water that we had to bail out of the room so it didn't continue to creep up the walls and trim. Can you help?
