We have a couple of things which need attention One is the stamped concrete pool decking has one of the slabs has separated in one of the seams for about 5 and feet causing about an 1.5" raise from one side to the other tapering down to about even at the end of seam. We also some minor settling heights along the concrete walkway and in front of the garage. As a result the steps in front and back have over time dropped from original heights.
The other issue we need to look at is our cold room in the basement may need waterproofing, so this could be an opportunity to get both jobs done. If you need anything else feel free to contact me.

Concrete basement (unfinished) - the adjoining seam between concrete walls on a flat basement wall is filled with what appears to be hydraulic cement which is deteriorating.
